Kuwait has today confirmed 1,517 new COVID-19 infections over the past 24 hours, raising the total 241,469 cases.
The Ministry of Health said that 6 virus infected patients had passed away, bringing the death toll to 1,379 since the outbreak of the pandemic.
Ministry’s spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 1,325infected patients had recovered from the virus, raising the overall tally to 226,026.
The health authorities conducted 10,432swab tests, bringing the overall number to 2,121,475, said KUNA.
