UAE Real Estate: SHA Emirates Residences Launches on Al Jurf Island
The development is set to be the world’s first healthy living island using technology, medical experience and life longevity research.
SHA Wellness launches its third global development in the UAE following its flagship location in Spain and Mexico. Announced in partnership with IMKAN Properties, SHA Emirates Residences will be located on the private island of Al Jurf in between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The development is set to be the world’s first healthy living island using technology, medical experience and life longevity research.
The project will feature beachfront residences centered on wellness, in addition to SHA Wellness Clinic, a health resort and several health and wellbeing dedicated pavilions.
The residences are available for sale by application only.
Residents of the SHA Emirates Residences will have access to several luxury amenities including personal trainers, yoga and meditation instructors, healthy-cooking chefs, experts, doctors and therapists.
The ‘low-density development’ will house 86 villas, all with its own beach access, 49 apartments and two penthouses. Interested buyers will be able to choose from Beachfront Villas, Shoreline Villas and Garden Villas with up to seven bedrooms.
